Hi folks, First off, NO CLASS next Monday due to the Thanksgiving break. Enjoy that turkey and stuffing!!! Today we did a bit of work on the concepts of vectors and how to add them together to find final velocities. We also did a fairly mathematically complex lab were the students had to predict the speed a Hot Wheels car needed to cover a certain distance and the height that car needed to be dropped from to reach that speed. The lab required some very tricky work with the formulas we've been working with the past few weeks. For homework this week, Read pages 28 - 32 in the Conceptual Physics text book.
